Following our initial meeting, we typically present suitable properties within five to seven business days. The timeline from first contact to secured property averages three weeks, though this varies based on your specific requirements and market availability.
International clients
A significant portion of our client base initiates contact while still residing outside the United Kingdom. We accommodate this through video consultations and can conduct initial viewings on your behalf, providing detailed photography and video documentation.
Many international clients prefer to conduct final viewings and contract signing during a dedicated visit to London, which we coordinate to maximize efficiency of your time.

All client communications and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share your details with landlords or third parties without explicit authorization, and we maintain secure systems for document handling throughout the placement process.
